Office Outlook - Email / Calendar Permissions

Please note: Only owners of accounts can grant permissions, unless otherwise stated.
LEVELS of ACCESS/PERMISSIONS
EMAIL:
- Delegate
- More restrictive
- Can only access the email via the Outlook client on workstations via the delegate email only
- Levels of Delegates
- Reviewer (can read any email)
- Author (can read any email and create, modify, and send only the email they create)
- Editor (can read, create, modify, and send any email)
- Full-Web access
- Full and Complete access to all emails and permission to send any email & and all calendar events
- Can use the Outlook client or the web client
- Same access that an owner has on their personal email & calendar
CALENDAR:
- Delegate
- More restrictive
- Can only access the calendar via the Outlook client on workstations via the delegate email only
- Levels of Delegates
- Reviewer (can read any calendar event)
- Author (can read any calendar event and create, modify only the calendar event they create)
- Editor (can read, create, any modify any calendar event)
- Full-Web access
- Full and Complete access to all calendar events & all email
- Can use the Outlook client or the web client
- Same access that an owner has on their personal calendar & email
