Cannot receive encrypted document through email

If you receive an email from the "Postmaster" with this in the subject line "[Postmaster] Attachment Alert Notification" This means that the sender of the email has attached and encrypted document to the email and is being held by Mimecast.

Encrypted documents can include: Word Documents, Excel Documents (with Macros), PDF's, 7zip files, RAR files (compressed archive files) and many others.

CSU Pueblo does not allow inbound encrypted documents through the email system.

If the information contained in the encrypted document(s) contains PII or Credit Card information please use an alternative method for receiving.
